Provide a phone number at checkout for delivery updates and instructions.
DPD will contact you when your driver is on their way. You can provide special instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor) if you're not home. Avoid giving DPD complex instructions after your order is processed, as this may hinder delivery assistance.
Returns:
You're responsible for return shipping costs (tracked & signed). We don't provide pre-paid return labels. We're not liable for loss or damage during delivery or return.
TRACK MY PARCEL
All Items are tracked and 10 digit tracking codes are provided to you via email when your parcel is dispatched. Have this at hand when tracking your delivery via DPD.
