DPD will contact you when your driver is on their way. You can provide special instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor) if you're not home. Avoid giving DPD complex instructions after your order is processed, as this may hinder delivery assistance.
Returns:
You're responsible for return shipping costs (tracked & signed). We don't provide pre-paid return labels. We're not liable for loss or damage during delivery or return.
We understand £8 for domestic delivery may seem a little high, so we want to be fully transparent.

- DPD charges us this exact rate – we do not make any profit from delivery.
