Do you ship to my country?

Are your shirts true to size?

Our shirts are designed to fit true to size. We recommend checking our size guide for specific measurements to ensure the best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a 10-digit tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel's journey on the DPD website by clicking here.

For the smoothest delivery experience, please provide a phone number during checkout. DPD will notify you when your driver is en route, allowing you to give special delivery instructions if needed.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 28-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You can choose a full refund (excluding return shipping costs), an exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on damaged, worn, or altered items, custom-made products, or items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

For detailed instructions and to initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team. Remember, you are responsible for the safe return of the items.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Your item may be out of stock, arriving from a different warehouse or coming to you in a separate parcel. Please give us a call or 0208 450 1274 or email us on enquiry@claudioluglishirts.com and we can discuss further.

Can I cancel or amend my order after I've placed it?

Yes, you can cancel or amend your order by logging into your account or calling us on 020 8450 1274 during office hours.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If you've received a faulty item, please reach out to us as soon as possible. You can either call us at 0208 450 1274 or email us at enquiry@claudioluglishirts.com. It's essential to provide us with images clearly showing the fault, and please try to check the item before wearing it.

To expedite the process, have the following information ready when you contact us:

  1. Your order number
  2. The unique item number and name of the faulty item
  3. A detailed description of the fault, along with the images

We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

How can I cancel my order?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will issue a full refund for the items purchased and the cost of standard delivery (if you paid for shipping).  

Please note: While the core 14-day cancellation right remains unchanged, the UK government has passed the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, which may introduce additional consumer protections in the future. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure your rights are protected.

To cancel your order: You can notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order by:

Completing the Withdrawal Form: You can find the Withdrawal Form attached to your order confirmation email.
You can also inform us through any other clear statement indicating your decision to cancel.

Once you've informed us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the items.Unworn and original condition:
Package the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Important Notes:

Refunds: We'll process your refund promptly upon receiving the returned items, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable).

Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Unsuitable condition: We may not be able to issue a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

Can I cancel or return a gift voucher I bought?

Yes, you can cancel your gift voucher order within 30 minutes of purchase.

If it's been longer than 30 minutes and the voucher hasn't been used or linked to an account, please contact our Customer Care Team. We can cancel it for you, or correct the email address if there was a mistake.
