COMPREHENSIVE RETURNS POLICY
You must send the product back to us within 28 DAYS of receiving it.

CLAUDIO LUGLI WOMENSWEAR LIMITED offers a straightforward returns policy for all products purchased through our website, www.claudioluglishirts.com (our site), subject to the limited exceptions detailed below.

To exercise your right to return product(s) for a refund or exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • You are welcome to return any product (subject to the limited exceptions detailed below) for a refund, exchange for a different product(s), or opt for credit in your e-wallet.
    • To exercise your right to a refund or exchange, the product must be received by us within 28 days of your receiving it, as per your original order.
  2. Condition of Returned Products:

    • The product must be complete, undamaged, unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and barcodes intact. The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked.
    • We require the product to be returned in the same condition in which you received it, allowing us to resell it as new. You must also return the sales receipt for the product.
    • Take care when repackaging and refolding the product back into its original packaging. We will not accept goods that are crumpled, damaged, or not folded properly. Requests for exchanges or refunds may be denied or penalized if the goods appear crumpled, damaged, or not close to their original condition.
  3. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Any refund will NOT include the postal charges you paid when returning the product to us.
    • Any other charges paid by you in connection with the return of the product will not be refunded.
    • The value attributed to the product for an exchange will be the purchase price you actually paid for the product, excluding any delivery or other charges.
    • Returns after the passage of 14 days will NOT include the delivery charge from original order.
    • The refund amount will be adjusted if the returned items do not include any free items that were part of the original order. If a refund request brings the order value below the threshold for the free item, and the free item is not returned in good condition, the refund will be penalized.
  4. Exclusions from the Returns Policy:

    • We do not accept returns for the following:
      • Products that are damaged in any way or appear worn or used.
      • Products that have shrunk in the wash (please see our Washing Guidelines for more information).
      • Products with tags or labels removed or torn.
      • Products that are made to order, made to measure, custom-made, bespoke, or clearly personalized.
      • Products that, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, cannot be accepted for return.
  5. Responsibility and Risk:

    • The return of the product is your sole responsibility and at your sole cost.
    • The product remains your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit, and send it back to us using a trusted delivery method (tracked and signed). For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel against loss in transit (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery). It is also strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
  6. Discretion:

    • The acceptance of a return for refund or exchange is at our absolute and sole discretion.
    • This returns policy only applies if we receive the product within 28 days of the date you received it, pursuant to your original order.
  7. Returns Process:

    • Please inform us via email (enquiry@claudioluglishirts.com) or telephone (+44 208 450 1274) before returning, refunding, or exchanging a product, so a member of our team is aware of your return and can check for replacement items. An advisor should be available to assist you in choosing the correct size; please have your measurements ready.
    • You are entitled to a refund if the item you purchased is faulty, does not fit, suit your taste, or does not fulfill the description given before purchase.
    • Please ensure to fill out the Returns Form included in your package, with all criteria properly completed.
    • Claudio Lugli does NOT provide customers with a pre-paid returns label. You are expected to cover the cost of returns (tracked and signed) at your own expense. We do not encourage you to pay more than it costs us to send the goods to you (i.e., more than £8), and we will not be responsible for reimbursing you for any shipping expenditure. Royal Mail charges approximately £3.50 - £3.60.
    • We encourage you to try the goods for size as soon as they arrive. You are welcome to open the packaging and try on the garment. However, the goods must be returned exactly as received. Take extra care when trying on white clothing.
    • We advise you to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that the parcel arrives on the following working day after your order. Any deviation from this service may complicate your delivery and increase the risk of losing your parcel.
  8. Delivery Instructions and DPD:

    • We do NOT encourage you to provide additional delivery instructions to DPD, as this increases the risk of parcels being lost or damaged (this includes sending it to a local pickup store or leaving it in a safe place). However, we understand this may be more convenient for some customers. It should be understood that any additional information given to DPD by you (while in transit) beyond the delivery information we supply may complicate the delivery and is done at your own risk. Claudio Lugli will do everything in our power to support customers while their goods are in transit with DPD; however, DPD is a third-party delivery service and is solely responsible for the delivery process after collection.
    • If you miss your parcel the first time, DPD will leave a note and will attempt to deliver your parcel two more times before returning it to us (the sender).
    • Do not provide a pick-up/collection store as your delivery address. A pick-up store will be arranged for you if you are not in.
  9. Final Considerations:

    • Claudio Lugli operates a 28-day returns/exchange policy, provided the goods are in perfect condition, have not been damaged, worn, or washed, do not smell foul, have the original tags still firmly attached (not cut), and include a valid proof of purchase. We advise that you check the garments as soon as they arrive.
