Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our London HQ using tracked DPD services. A local delivery partner may complete the final mile in some destinations.
United Kingdom
Available services, the delivery charge and the estimated delivery date are confirmed at checkout before payment.
- DPD next-working-day tracked delivery: £8.00.
- DPD Saturday guaranteed delivery: £11.50 where available.
- Free next-working-day delivery on orders of £150 or more after discounts, where available.
- Northern Ireland: £17.00.
- Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man: £22.00.
Orders placed before 15:45 Monday to Friday are normally processed that working day. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote postcodes or during peak periods.
International delivery
We deliver to more than 40 supported destinations using tracked DPD international services. Depending on the destination, a local delivery partner may complete the final mile.
Available destinations, the shipping charge, currency and service for your address are confirmed at checkout before payment. Checkout is the source of truth; availability, rates and estimated delivery times may change.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs-clearance or carrier charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges have been collected, they are payable by the recipient. The carrier or local authority may request payment before delivery or customs release.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 28 days of receipt in accordance with our Returns Policy. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay the return postage. Please use a tracked, insured service. This does not affect your statutory rights or our arrangements for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
