Build the outfit inside those limits
Use a shirt and tailoring where permitted, then test seated fit and shoe comfort. A stable heel or flat can help on grass and longer routes. Carry layers and rain protection for the forecast. A horse motif supplies a styling reference; it does not meet an entry rule by itself.
