Let's try another way.
Try a shorter phrase, clear your search or ask our team for help with your question.
Speak to our teamFit & sizing
A confident fit starts with the right measurements.
How do Claudio Lugli shirts fit?
Our men’s shirts have a tailored regular fit, with sizes from S to 6XL across the range. Start with your usual size, then check the individual style and our Size Guide. Fit and available sizes can vary by garment.
How do I find the right size?
Compare a shirt that fits you well with the garment measurements in our Size Guide. Measure it laid flat; double a flat chest measurement to compare it with a circumference. The guide includes references for women’s clothing, jackets and men’s footwear, with personal help for chino sizing. Ask our team if you would like help comparing measurements.
Should I size up if I am between sizes?
Consider the larger size if you are between sizes, have broader shoulders or prefer a more relaxed fit. This is guidance rather than a rule for everyone. Compare the measurements and any fit notes on your chosen product before ordering.
My size is sold out. What can I do?
Availability depends on the individual print and size. If yours is unavailable, contact the team with the product name and size you need. We can check what is available and suggest alternatives. A sold-out style is not guaranteed to return.
Delivery & tracking
Your order, from our London team to your door.
Do you offer next-working-day UK delivery?
Eligible, in-stock mainland UK orders placed before 3:45pm Monday to Friday can qualify for next-working-day delivery. Pre-orders, bank holidays and some locations are excluded. Check the Delivery Details page and the options shown at checkout for your address.
Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver to international destinations, with services, prices and estimated timings varying by address. Enter your destination at checkout to see the options available. Our Delivery Details page explains the services and regional exceptions.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, we email your tracking details so you can follow the delivery. Check your junk folder if you have not seen the message. If you need help, contact Customer Care with your order number.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes. Any charges not collected at checkout may be payable through the local delivery provider. Read the information shown at checkout and our Delivery Details page for your destination.
Returns & exchanges
The practical details if a piece is not quite right.
What is the return period?
For our goodwill returns policy, your parcel must reach us within 28 days of the date you received the goods. You may try a garment on, but it should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags attached and its original packaging where reasonably possible. Some exclusions apply. See the Returns Policy for the full conditions. This goodwill policy is additional to your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights.
How do I return or exchange an item?
For an ordinary goodwill return, you do not need advance permission. Include the supplied return form or your order details, pack the item securely and use tracked postage, keeping proof of posting. Send it to Claudio Lugli Returns, Unit 4 Magic House, Streakes Field Road, London NW2 7GD, United Kingdom.
You arrange and pay ordinary return postage unless we agree otherwise. For faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items, contact Customer Care before paying to return the item. Equal-value exchanges depend on stock. Follow the Returns Policy for the full process.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Contact Customer Care first with your order number and details of the problem, so we can help arrange the next step. Please do this before paying to return a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item. The Returns Policy explains the process and your rights.
When will I receive my refund?
For an ordinary goodwill return, allow up to one week after we receive the return for processing, plus your payment provider’s posting time. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Statutory refund deadlines remain unaffected; see our Returns Policy, or contact us with your order details if you need an update.
Orders & pre-orders
Payments, changes and prints worth waiting for.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will confirm what remains possible and whether it affects the price or delivery. Please do not assume an order has been changed or cancelled until we confirm it. Your statutory cancellation rights are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
How do pre-orders work?
Selected upcoming styles can be ordered before stock arrives. Availability, sizes and expected dispatch information are shown on the individual product page. Read that notice before ordering, especially for a specific event. Pre-orders are excluded from the usual in-stock next-working-day service. Explore pre-order styles.
What if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?
Check the pre-order information on each product, then ask Customer Care how delivery will be arranged for your particular order. If you need an item by a certain date, tell us before ordering. Do not assume the items will be sent together or separately.
Which payment methods can I use?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout, including supported debit and credit cards and PayPal. Options can vary by device, region and order. If you would prefer to order by telephone, contact the team during London office hours.
Shirt care
Give the print and the cloth the care they deserve.
How should I wash my printed shirt?
Always follow the care label inside your garment. For the satin-cotton shirts covered by our main guide, use a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C, turn the shirt inside out, fasten the buttons and remove any loose, removable collar stays. Leave sewn-in components in place. Wash with similar lightweight colours. Different fabrics and finishes can need different care, so read Care for Your Claudio alongside the label.
Can I tumble-dry my shirt?
For the printed satin-cotton shirts covered by our care guide, do not tumble dry. Reshape while damp and air-dry on a suitable hanger. Always check the care label, particularly for a different fabric or special finish. Find the full routine in Care for Your Claudio.
How should I iron a printed or flocked shirt?
Use the temperature and method shown on the garment’s care label. Avoid ironing directly on raised flocking or decorative finishes. If you are unsure about your particular shirt, ask the team before applying heat. Our care guide gives further guidance.
Do linen, blends and special finishes need different care?
They can. A satin-cotton shirt, linen garment and textured flocked design should not automatically be treated alike. Check the product’s composition and the care label inside the garment. The Fabric Library explains the materials and finishes; Customer Care can help with a specific piece.
