Every print is designed in London by our creative team. Our shirts are crafted from premium fabrics and finished to a designer standard - British design and expert construction in one piece.

Most of our printed shirts are made from premium satin cotton - smooth, breathable and with a subtle sheen that brings the prints to life. Selected ranges use Tencel, linen or a poly-viscose cotton blend (our Hawaiian styles), our boxer shorts are 100% cotton poplin, and our neckties are pure silk. Flocking is a specialist finish that gives the print a soft, raised, velvet-like texture you can both see and feel - turning a flat design into three-dimensional, tactile art. It's one of the details that makes a Claudio Lugli shirt unmistakable.

Yes. Our prints are produced in limited runs, so once a design sells out it rarely returns. It's part of what makes each piece special - you're unlikely to see anyone else in the exact same shirt.

Our shirts are cut with a tailored regular fit - shaped through the chest and shoulders for a sharp, flattering silhouette rather than a boxy one. Because of this tailored cut, many customers prefer to go one size up, and we recommend it if you're between sizes, have broad shoulders, or like a more relaxed feel. We offer 9 sizes from S to 6XL - more precise increments than most brands - and our Size Guide lists exact garment measurements taken flat. Unsure? Because our prints are limited edition, popular sizes can sell out and may not be restocked. Sign up to our newsletter or use 'notify me' on the product page and we'll alert you if it returns.

To keep your print looking its best, turn the shirt inside out and wash cold (30 degrees) on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can dull prints over time. Always check the care label inside the garment first.

Yes - iron inside out on a low heat and never directly over the print or flocking. For flocked designs, a light steam is gentler still. Hang the shirt as soon as it's dry to keep it crisp.

Most are - wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. A few pieces (silk, leather and embellished items) are dry-clean or spot-clean only, so always follow the care label. See our Care for Your Claudio page for full guidance.

Order before 3:45pm on a working day for next-day UK delivery via DPD's tracked service. UK next-day delivery is free on orders over 150 pounds. Full details on our Delivery page.

Yes - we ship worldwide with DPD tracked delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility. See our Delivery page.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a 10-digit DPD tracking number. Adding a mobile number at checkout lets DPD text you delivery updates and lets you leave instructions.

We offer a 28-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Choose a refund (excluding return postage), an exchange, or store credit. For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts and certain items can't be returned once opened. Full details on our Returns Policy.

Contact Customer Care on 020 8450 1274 or enquiry@claudioluglishirts.com to start your return, then send the item back within 28 days. You cover return postage unless the item is faulty. Want a different size or print? Ask for an exchange - if your shirt isn't perfect, we'll happily exchange it for the next size.

We process refunds promptly once your return arrives and is inspected - typically within a few working days, back to your original payment method.

Yes - if it hasn't shipped, call 020 8450 1274 or log into your account. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have 14 days from receipt to cancel.
