Turn the shirt inside out and wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
Iron inside out on a low heat — never directly over the print or flocking (steam flocked designs where you can). Hang to dry to keep it crisp.

I previously bought a Claudio Lugli shirt in the same size as I normally buy XXXL but it was much too small around the chest and waist, and was promptly returned.
I recently ordered another shirt in 6XL but found it was much too small around the waist.
I love the designs of the shirts but am unable to wear them until they have ones that are more generous around the waist.

When advertising the lucky dip, Claudio ask customers to give their shirt size and preferences. I asked for short-sleeved as long-sleeved is no good for me. They ignored my preference and sent me a long-sleeved shirt.
I have not opened the package and asked them if they would exchange it for a short-sleeved. They ignored my email so I had to resend it. Eventually, they replied, showing no interest in my problem and refusing to exchange shirts. This is the fourth shirt I have bought from them in two months but they really don't seem to care about their customers once they have their money. So disappointing.
While the shirt is fine, it is unwearable for me so I am out of pocket.
